#TyraBanks has filed a defamation lawsuit against Netflix. According to the legal documents, She alleges Netflix used only 16 minutes from her 3 hour interview with them & manipulated it “to support a false and defamatory narrative.”

The lawsuit accuses the producers of selecting editing, deliberate omissions, and manipulation of footage, including the allegation that Tyra knowingly allowed a contestant (Shandi Sullivan) to be sexually assaulted on the show & exploited for ratings.

Tyra says she had no idea Shandi was participating in the Netflix documentary & that she labeled her experience as a sexual assault.
