@NunyaBisniss976 @Corco_90@Technopoly9@CaseyCat@8XXIV3@elonmusk Such as gross profit, EBITDA, cahs flow from operation. These items can, depends on the nature of the business, represent more realistic the profitability of the company and remove the accounting shenanigans.
@NunyaBisniss976 @Corco_90@Technopoly9@CaseyCat@8XXIV3@elonmusk Net income is an accounting profit item. Accountants (which is what I'm doing for a living) can sneak in a lot of non-recurring, out of the blue things to net income. Which is why to evaluate the profitability of a company, analysts tend to find proxies.
@middlecurver @sorin_predescu @Route2FI It's the opposite in my opinion. Since all the information in crypto is public (on chain) it would be more efficient than stock market. Still, it would be inefficient in term of insider trading since it's not regulated.
This kind of lawless mentality is driving the crypto community down and prevent any kind of advancement. Who the fuck gives you the right to own a house just by showing them you have an NFT. Jesus Christ put some fucking brain when typing out shit like this.
This house sold as a real word NFT for $175,000 over the weekend.
The way it works:
- The LLC takes ownership of the property
- They tokenize the property & mint an NFT that represents ownership of the house
- Holding the NFT gives you ownership of the actual house
@unusual_whales "Holding the NFT gives you the ownership of the actual". Who gives you that ownership, on which court of law does this hold? The technology is promising but don't say stupid shit like this, NFT in this is purely a currency in a transaction.
It's time to take a dive with the whales over at @TeamKujira๐
"Grown-up DeFi"
The full deep-dive is in my free substack, but here is the synopsis!๐งต๐

@PeterSchiff Your thesis is correct. But it also applies for all financial asset at this moment and I would love to see your calculation to come up with $6000 or $3000
Do not "buy the dip" or bullshitting other people to DCA at this moment. People tend to underestimate the length of a crisis.
Hold on to your cash, prepare your ammunition. This could happen for years
And don't forget to take YOUR profit
@PeterSchiff@CNBC@JohnTodaro1 Yea and your precious USD is doing really well sir. Also, your second child, Gold.
This is the UpsideDown world of 1 year a go where you can lose money picking any financial asset in this market.
So what is your point?
@PeterSchiff Okay this is getting sad sir. You, trying to get some fame mentioning Bitcoin in every dip.
We're facing, could be one of the worst recession in history and you are here hoarding Twitter likes like this?
@Therealscienti1 @AustonCoin @QTRResearch@Snowden The only reason fiat currency is not "volatile" is because government controls it.
You said fiat do not "lose its value", then what is inflation? Your money in the bank today is less than tomorrow's in term of purchasing power
@Therealscienti1 @AustonCoin @QTRResearch@Snowden I'm not saying Gold is bad. On contrary, the Gold standard had bring one of the most successful Era of human. Since they removed it, it has been all about inflating money to fund wars, media, selected group of interest
Bitcoin is not going to replace Gold.
