So we are a little upset and have to ask for directions to the service desk a second time. Then the boarding agent starts to get a little snippy with my wife and says in a snotty tone I told you once already. Worst #customerservice ever #aircanada

Now let's imagine how you would feel standing at the boarding desk for your flight after running for 10 minutes across the airport to make your connection and they won't let you board. But then you watch them let another person who was on your flight from Chicago onto the plane.

So I board in Chicago and the plane is delayed 50 minutes. So they have the information that I cannot make my connecting flight two and a half hours before my connecting flight leaves leaves and no one has the foresight to tell me not to run madly across an airport. #AirCanada
