THE TRANSITION, my sophomore novel about werewolves, detrans body horror, and biblically accurate queer love triangles, is finally out in the world :) check it out wherever u buy books! 🏳️⚧️🐺
highly recommend owning a cat because it makes dealing with every negative emotion a little bit easier. it's difficult to feel the full weight of crushing reality when a little freak is doing olympic laps around your home after taking a loud shit
to be honest i am struggling a lot more with seeing my family at such a high level of grief than the death itself. the last photos they sent me of her are how im going to remember her, happy in the sun. she’s ok now
we had to put my family’s cat down very suddenly and unexpectedly and it has been especially hard on my dad. so we’ve been keeping tabs all week and the cat conversation has been broken up by fun things i find around, like vampire wine with capes and a gary the snail bong
photo proof btw. the only reason i didn’t snatch the vampire wine is because my hands were already full of cat-themed wine that alex is obsessed with collecting all the bottle variants of
meat loaf paradise by the dashboard light playing at the empty bar while i’m drunk enough to feel exactly why i put this into my debut young people novel
watching chicken discover carpet for the first time was amazing but i never prepared for having to watch leeloo discover hardwood. every time he tries to jump you just hear his claws sliding and his big baby body hitting the floor
@MonochromeMocha thank u tori <33 thankfully my boss has been wanting an older male cat alongside her two others so as long as leeloo hasn’t gotten FIV since being with us he’ll be going to a good home we can visit for game nights c:
we are unfortunately in talks with my boss and friend to take little leeloo in instead of us :( truly the friendliest boy in the world but every time we try to introduce him to chicken they just start howling and crying until we separate them
Seattle Police have released photos of the suspect they believe was involved with the murder of the 19-year-old UW student, along with instructions to call 911 if you see him.
last night i had a dream about being annoyed that multiple people have said that boys don’t cry is too archaic of a reference to put into a young adult novel so that’s how my time off deadline is being spent
