ECI is based in the center of the earth. To do measuring you need something like ECI. It is the location of A. To find B you need to know where A is. I look at ECI as the cement block that makes up a handball court. The ball bounces at different trajectories with different results.That uses a constant (light). ECEF is using the center of the earth but projection of an earth rotation. That ship or plane can be calculated. To be right where the radar is centering on. Except for one thing. ECEF can't project the horizons movement. Meaning the triangulation can find the plane. It can't see earth as a projection of motion. ( a plane shows no earth motion).
ECI and ECEF are the preeminent sources for communication. In fact the latest idea is to combine them. New advances in radar want to place them together with a switch. That could toggle back and forth in a fighter jet. Meaning you could see air to air radar (ECI) with air to ground radar(ECEF).
So afterwards other apps or reference frames are included. Understanding ECI to ECEF is a great starting point.
Now the computer they say won't be affected by strange rule based math. It serves mankind. That computers are basically stamped out with the same components. That takes one from the other. Each computer under scrutiny might have a  different overall wave sign from the other.
Like 10 in a row a server group would never have the same results. That would be true. it becomes true with rule based math and a moving plane with rotation being included.
Where in the three dimensional motion becomes something to do with spacetime. That a plane results are included with this formulation. That ECI and ECEF the geocentric reference frames can't place the plane. Can't place the plane moving. Can't place the plane within the formulation of a moving Earth. So to me this is a true sign.

The math in the computer Rule based math. What has it done to results? Now the configuration is transformed with rules. Might sway the logic of the computer. The use of rule based math isn't something that can be ignored. Since this confrontation, I realized a bridge.
The configuration of detail brings numbers being used in a set order. Looking at the points afterward would be looking at a display of points. That the logistics were about these points. Rule math is the predominant mixture in settling data.
