Neighbors painted the street outside Seal Hi-Rise Saturday, led by artist Kada Goalen. See it at Seal and Territorial, where a new sidewalk improves access to Raymond Station. Thanks to the Transportation Committee of the St. Anthony Park Community Council and an AARP grant.
