SB 429, the tribal regalia protection bill passed the senate for a veto override 42-3. It needs to go back to the house to finally pass.

Sen. Standridge, Pederson, and Newhouse all voted no on protecting Indigenous students.

Oklahoma lawmakers & DAs are holding HB 1639, the Domestic Abuse Survivorship Act, hostage.

HB 1639 was created to free incarcerated survivors who defended themselves from their abusers but retroactivity was taken out.

Call Sen. Daniels & Rep. Worthen to ask for retroactivity.
