Vehicle owners and transport operators are still facing unnecessary delays, physical visits, and hardship. Requesting the UP Government implement complete faceless transport services through Parivahan/Vahan portal in the true spirit of Digital India and Ease of Doing Business.

Despite repeated directions and digital initiatives by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, mostly vehicle-

related services such as permit grant, renewal, fee deposit, and other transport services are still not fully implemented online/faceless in Uttar Pradesh.
MoRTH has already notified 58 citizen-centric services to be provided completely online without visiting RTO offices.
