@Gabepluguez 20. Stop consuming simple carbs, ie sugar, ie soda and all ultra processed foods rich in HFCS.
It really isnโt as simple as โcaloric defecitโ because the various macros (and their various forms) are absorbed by your body in different ways and at different rates.
๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ต๐ธ Today, November 4th, marks 28 years since Israel's Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was murdered by a Jฤwish extremist for seeking a historic peace deal with the Palestinians.
Many in Israel now blame members of the current Israeli government for the political assassination. In the run up to Rabin's murder, current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a series of incendiary speeches, calling Rabin a "Nazi" for entering negotiations with the PLO.
Itamar Ben-Gvir, the current head of National Security in Israel, threatened to kill Rabin several times in his youth, including on Israeli television after stealing an emblem from Rabin's car.
Figures like Netanyahu and Rabin created a climate where any Israeli that sought a peaceful resolution with the Palestinians were seen as traitors and subject to political violence.
Rabin's murder is a reminder of how dangerous the political climate is in Israel for anyone who seeks peace, and what kind of extremists are currently in power in Israel.
๐ต๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฑ Support for Israel was at a peak after the Hamas attack. How could they possibly mess it up? Well, they proceeded to:
- Invent the most ridiculous atrocity propaganda ever
- Label everyone who questioned their obvious lies or breaches of international law an antisemite
- Call the people of Gaza animals and speak excitedly about genocide and collective punishment
- Launch a terror bombing campaign that targeted churches, fleeing refugees and hospitals
- Cut off water, food and electricity to 2.5 million people Bomb multiple neighbouring countries
- Launch a series of attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank
- Wear gold stars at the UN
All of this predictably turned public opinion in the West, but rather than asking if any of this might be their own fault, Zionists responded by attacking us for our "latent Jew hatred" (Ben Shapiro's words) and using this as proof that everyone was secretly antisemitic all along.
They will learn nothing from any of this - no self-reflection, no empathy for how this looks to outsiders not invested in this conflict like they are - just rage at us for being too stupid and selfish to see how just they are. They can't help themselves.
