I hope to see peace in the Middle East. Watching both sides bay for blood and vengeance makes it difficult for anyone to not get heated. Having to see the dead bodies of Palestinian children being pulled out from under the rubble and Israeli children fleeing from gunfire can do a real number on one’s psyche.

This is one of the worst conflicts we’ve seen, and in the age of digital video it’s hard not to avoid feeling anxiety and stress over all that’s happening.

If I do seem like I’ve taken one side over the other, know that I am only opposed to acts of terror regardless of who does it. This transcends issues of religion and nationality. It’s about humanity, and man’s capability to be inhumane to one another.

As much as people think I enjoy posting about current events, I will not deny that times like this have an effect on me and as such I will reduce the time I spend on the topic for the next coming days, and I pray that the situation gets better and not worse.

I dream of a world free from all conflict, I hope you do too.
