@Whatnot please send me a DM to start the conversation about an item I did not receive.

[Trapper @trapper424]

@Whatnot DM will not go through. Please send me a DM to start the conversation. Thank you.

[Trapper @trapper424]

@Whatnot you really don’t assist buyers much, do you. Not fair that sellers can ripoff buyers and you don’t offer any assistance. Bad business.

@Whatnot Sending DM

[Trapper @trapper424]

@CasellaWaste do better. Your customer Service needs to step up and answer the phones. I don’t have 2 hours to sit on hold to report an issue that keeps happening repeatedly.

[Trapper @trapper424]

@nfl @PrimeVideo how about a refund for this suck ass reception for the game tonight. If you can’t handle the volume then don’t fucking stream it!

[Trapper @trapper424]

@ChpkGas your customer service and billing department is terrible. We have not received a statement since August. What is going on?

[Trapper @trapper424]

@Highmark_BCBS @dalepuck You keep saying send a private message but there’s no way to do that unless you follow the person that made the original post. Your responses are meaningless. Get with it!

[Trapper @trapper424]

@Highmark_BCBS you requested a direct message. Please follow me so I can send it. Thank you.

@Highmark_BCBS my 92 year mother was functioning fine in assisted living. Admitted to hospital for pneumonia; Highmark has denied hospital’s request to discharge her to Physical Therapy facility. Stranded in the hospital for 6 days. Average time of response from HMark is 72 hrs.

[Trapper @trapper424]

@ChpkGas your ‘Customer Service’ is anything but service. Two+ hours on the phone, no help, and your agent hung up on us twice. Disgraceful.

@FamousSmokeShop I’m in!

@adamyounggolf Would love a Divot Board. I have always struggled with inconsistent iron shots and ball compression.

[Trapper @trapper424]

@CellularSales your agent ghosted us after he got the sale. Still owes us 3 items- no response. Not happy.

[Trapper @trapper424]

@DICKS why bother running $20 off 100 promo when every brand name is excluded??
