Remembering I was a teen visiting Palestine,a neighbor took me with her on a school trip. I wore hijab then. The trip was to a park where there were lots of Israeli settlers. I kinda wondered a lil away from the crowd,and was walking around when a settler spit in my face 1/8

pre-adhd diagnosis i used to cope by doing everything last min cuz i needed a rush of adrenaline to get things done and it just makes me wonder what i did with all of that dead time

tbh i’m finally so happy with the medication i’m on for my mental health, but i’m super annoyed that my piece of shit ex who called me bipolar because he made me feel fuckin crazy was like… seemingly right lol
