Yesterday, “Trauma: The New Epidemic” was screened at Kidane Mehret Ethiopian Orthodox Church, where the Ethiopian community’s response was overwhelmingly positive.

The Free State Festival has officially come to a close! On Friday, June 27th, “Trauma: The New Epidemic” was featured during the Shorts Trio block. The response from the Lawrence community was truly astounding with applause before the film's credits.
Yesterday, members of the IOTC team visited the Project C.U.R.E. warehouse in Kansas City as part of their collaboration to send medical equipment to Lusaka, Zambia, and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Last night, “The Least of These” opened at Christ Community Church in Leawood, featuring work by Tessa Petersen and Backer Hamada.
The exhibit offers a spectrum of perspectives—ranging from informative to realist to abstract.

Last week, Project C.U.R.E. visited the home of Dr. Archie Heddings to collect medical equipment being sent to St. John Paul II Orthopaedic Mission Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia. This equipment will significantly enhance the hospital's surgical ability.
