My 2019 Chrysler Pacifica has been sitting at Goldie Chrysler in Huntington, WV for almost a month — cylinder 3 hydrolock from a well-documented Pentastar head gasket defect. No loaner despite promises at purchase. Corporate email bounces. @Chrysler @Stellantis
