@Expedia printed wrong flight time on ticket SKP to VIE 7:55 am. I reach airport to find out flight has already taken off! I wasn’t notified of any change! @austrianairlines says this flight always departs 4:25 am. Flight tracker confirms this history (Part 1/2).

(5/5) @Cleartrip CANT find this email and has kept me on phone for 2 hrs! It was a matter of chance I checked the ticket from my end and it didn’t show it was changed to open, so I call back only to find out that the email confirmation @Cleartrip sent can’t be found on their end!

(4/5) Finally after 5 days of going back and forth and calling atleast twice everyday and holding the line for atleast 40 minutes and repeating the same story daily, a customer rep @Cleartrip finally confirms my ticket is OPEN and sends an email confirmation which was FALSE.

(3/5) Wrote to the @TurkishAirlines customer relations team & they say it has to be done from @Cleartrip Again I reach out and they say we need confirmation from the airline if they can make it open. Two days pass and false promises of call backs are made but don’t happen.

(2/5) When I spoke to @Cleartrip they asked me to speak with @TurkishAirlines because couldn’t change it. On speaking to @TurkishAirlines they tell me they can’t change it and ask me to go back to @Cleartrip or reach out to the Turkish Airlines customer relations team.
