@AirCanada Thanks - tweet deleted, and information sent via DM. Hope to get some response to my complaint.

[J @travellingjon]

.@r_tam @AirCanada I'll keep the faith, but 20 business days is a long time, especially when normal CSRs are responding within minutes

[J @travellingjon]

.@AirCanada Is this serious? Is there other means of communication that are quickly and more customer friendly?

[J @travellingjon]

.@aircanada - Loyal customer for many years, sent an email complaining of compensation early last week - NO RESPONSE yet!

Arrived for the first time 5 years ago to Nicaragua.....crazy!

[J @travellingjon]

.@united The expectation is that CSRs are professional and kind, but that was certainly not the case.

[J @travellingjon]

@united BTW, this is for the second bag, as the first is free on the routing

[J @travellingjon]

@united by your CSRs was quite rude. I fly with United many times and have never been treated this way.

[J @travellingjon]

@united your website. My confirmation is: OBDFLV - No prob paying more, but this is confusing to your customers, and the way i was treated

[J @travellingjon]

@united 40CAD/40USD, and one saying 25 CAD both ways. Ticket booked off https://t.co/0EbPIcOY3L, and both emails received from

[J @travellingjon]

@united Hi. Thanks for the response. They explained the luggage allowance, but I am trying to figure out why I received an email saying

[J @travellingjon]

One booking, two emails from @united with two different baggage policies. Called customer service and was told that it was hard to believe.
