@pastormichael20@WestJet WestJet’s IT is awful. Their app and website struggles to handle basic transactions and is painfully slow. They had a serious cyber security issue with poor response. And their customer service won’t even fix their own problems. WestJet used to be good, but has gone downhill.

@makeitBUtiful You know it’s a scammer when they reach out quickly and seem eager to help. The real WestJet just ignores customers, doesn’t answer calls, and leaves them stranded. Such an awful airline now.
