@thetrainpal partner just bought a Railcard, downloaded app, no Railcard! No way of applying it. Tried chat but the bot was unhelpful. Need to book train tickets but am already down in just buying non existent card. Please help
Do you use the Lloyds, Bank of Scotland or Halifax apps? People have been messsaging me this morning of being shown other peoples transactions. I want to see how widespread this is. Has it happened to you. If so
a) What are you seeing? Which app.
b) If it is someone elses transactions does it give any of their details too (name, account number etc)?
@SouthernRailUK I am trying to submit a delay repay claim. My password not recognised. Tried resetting and got locked out of account and new link not sent. Please can you help. PS Happy Christmas
@PizzaExpress I ordered lime and ginger sparkle with my meal in Horsham but was given orange & ginger with lime in it. Nowhere on the menu was orange mentioned and I would never order anything with orange in due to allergies. When I queried I was told that that was how it came.
@nosbig007@bt_uk Thank you @nosbig007 you have been 99% more helpful and informative than @bt_uk surprising when you consider who I have to pay for the (lack of) service!
@bt_uk The link you sent does not help as I do not have a landline, only broadband. After 6 times of logging in to my BT account to test my broadband have given up the will to live. Please can you simply answer the question. Are there broadband issues in the RH12 area?
@PaulA_NFT@RoyalMail@RoyalMailHelp Spot on! One might have expected an organisation of some repute to minimise disruption by carrying out maintenance from 2355 onwards.....
@BootsPharmNews 1. It takes around at least an hour for me to have prescription filled at my local Boots, despite prescriptions being sent direct from my GP. Approx 30 mins queuing to ask if they have my prescription, then get sent away for another 30 mins, queue up again..
@MartinSLewis My partner phoned Future Pensions after watching your last programme to see if he could top up any missed years. He was born in 1969 and was told he doesn't need to make any more NI contributions to receive full state pension. He only has 30 full years of NI contributions.
