Story: Im an Android dev. I bought a #Pixel 2XL from @verizon 6 months ago. Since, left for #ProjectFi. Today, device stops connecting to #adb. Contact @Google. Troubleshoot. They suggest replacement through original purchase company, Verizon. @TechCrunch

This process means I cant work effectively because of a MANUFACTURING defect. I asked @Google if they could send the replacement, then I mail my current device. They say no. Google customer/developer is being forced to go without a phone for over a week because an @TechCrunch
