@oculus What's scary is your customer support - I've been waiting over two months for replacement controllers that broke in four days, and when I sent in the faulty (and under warranty) pair, your team promptly lost them. Haven't heard a word in over a month, despite emailing weekly.
@oculus@OprahDaily Here to warn everyone not to buy this - my controllers broke in 4 days and when I sent them in to be replaced (after emailing for over a month and getting nowhere) the company lost them. (?!?!) Their support is an absolute nightmare - google to read about 100s of similar stories
@oculus I would but you won’t replace the broken controllers I sent you a month ago because you lost them. They broke after four days of use and I’ve spent two months trying to replace them. Still waiting. Never been so frustrated by a company in my entire life.
@oculus My controllers broke after four days of use and I’ve been waiting over two months for your customer service team to replace them. I mailed them back and you lost them. I wasted $300 on a machine I can’t use, and have never been more frustrated.

@oculus@Skrillex@BeatSaber I've been waiting over a month for your team to replace faulty controllers which broke less than a week after purchase. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life and don't understand why such a simple issue has been dragged out for this long.
@oculus I’d love to play, but my controllers broke less than a week after purchase and I’ve been waiting a month for replacements, which @OculusSupport still hasn’t resolved. So, so frustrated.
@oculus Your customer service is t e r r i b l e - both my controllers broke a week after purchasing and I’ve spent the last week emailing your team who refuse to help me unless I have a *paper* receipt, which I don’t because it’s 2021. My credit card statement isn’t enough?
Insane.

All these vacuous “but history will judge them!” pundits seem to have missed when a sizable number of Americans learned about the century-old Tulsa Massacre last week
