@Raworthontherun@parkrunUK Well done Sophie 👏 that’s fantastic 🙌🙌i’m almost 55 and my best time is 23:01, I’d like to get a sub 23 but I find it tough going as I’m not a huge fan of parkruns especially my local one ( hilly in places) but I know it’s good to push yourself out of your comfort zone🤗
