Today, our Board of Directors voted to recognize Jim Tovey’s central role in making our newest conservation area a reality. The future 64-acre waterfront conservation area, currently known as the #LakeviewWaterfrontConnection, will be named Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area.

Yesterday the CYC team joined us to maintain our planting sites! We competed to clean up the site and then cut back the vegetation competition! They learned about our native #trees and #shrubs with our #YTMprogram and made native seed balls to increase native flowers in the area
