Today I met a lovely lady called Neah, that has spent many years in prison. I think her combined prison time over the years equates to 16 years.

She has now turned her life around and is passionate about making a difference to women’s and young people’s lives and supporting those that are at risk of entering the criminal justice system.

She has started a charity called Herstoryycic and has some amazing ideas and plans to help others through her own and others lived experience.

As with all charities/organisations getting things off the ground and funding etc is incredibly difficult.
This sort of initiative is exactly what we are massively lacking in the UK. Neah’s work is priceless.
