@AskAIB Hello. I select option 4 and it tells me your lines are closed. I'm also concerned that this is not the number on your website for Card Services. My card is not working at the moment. Options 2 and 4 route me to a message that your lines are now closed.
@AskAIB Hi. What exactly are the opening times for Card Services? The auto message tells me your lines are closed and to check your site for opening hours. There are none for card services. Is it just 9 to 1700 like most of the other services? I understood card services was 24.7

One is trying to buy some concert tickets on https://t.co/iZN9p8K4QO. They give you a deadline to complete the purchase by. The ticker is ticking down. Their payment processer isn't allowing me to even try to pay. This is suboptimal.
Aircoach has qr codes on its stops and not timetables. This is not user friendly. Their buses routinely reject my contactless cards. I miss buses as a result.
