@British_Airways according to several governments including the British government , the entire Middle East region is considered volatile at this time and all with the exception of BA are not allowing flexibility for customers to reschedule or refund . BA has always chosen money

@British_Airways why are you enforcing and being rigid about flying people to the Middle East ? Should you not allow people flexibility as there is legitimate reason for anyone not to want to go to the Middle East at this time ? Not allowing refund or date change is cruel
