Governor Caleb Mutfwang Ban SHARIA LAW, Crackdown SHARIA POLICE (HISBA) in Plateau State.

Plateau state governor, Caleb Mutfwang , has declared the activities of a group operating under the name HISBA” in parts of Jos North Local Government Area as illegal, unauthorized and unacceptable in the state.

In a statement issued on Sunday by his director of press and public Affairs, Dr Gyang Bere, the governor directed security agencies to immediately halt the activities and arrest those involved.

According to the statement “- The executive Governor of Plateau state, his excellency. Caleb Mutfwang has directed an immediate halt to the activities of a group reportedly operating under the HISBA in parts of Jos North Local Government Area declared such activities illegal, unauthorized and unacceptable in Plateau State.

The directive followed reports of activities allegedly involving the intimidation, harassment, extortion and imposition of unauthorized rules on residents.

Mutfwang warned that anyone involved should immediately desist from such conduct or face arrest and prosecution in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He stressed that the operates under one legal frameworks, saying, Plateau State has one constitution, one legal system and one legitimate Authority. And that no individual or group has the right to assume powers that have not been conferred upon it by Law.

The governor further stated that the government will not permit the emergence of any parallel authority, self appointed enforcement bodies or group seeking to impose rules, restrictions or sanctions on Citizens outside the established legal frameworks of the Nigerian state.

The responsibility for enforcing the law belongs to duly constituted authorities acting within the law.

Governor Mutfwang has therefore directed the security agencies in the state to identify and investigate persons involved in the reported activities and where sufficient evidence establishes violations of the law,to arrest and prosecute those responsible, as well as persons found to be promoting, sponsoring, aiding or abetting such unlawful activities.

He also Directed the security agencies to intensify  intelligence gathering and order lawful operations necessary to establish the identity and activities of those involved and to ensure that residents are protected from intimidation, harassment, extortion, or any other form of unlawful coercion.

The governor clarified the directive was not targeted at any religion or ethnic group.

The governor wishes to make clear that this directive is not directed at any religion, ethnic group or community. Plateau state remains home to people of diverse Faiths, ethnicities and backgrounds, all of whom are entitled to equal protection under the law.

The issue before the government is solely one of lawful conduct and legitimate Authority. Every resident of Plateau state has the right to live, worship, work, conduct lawful business and go about their daily activities without intimidation or interference from any self appointed authority.

Governor Mutfwang appreciates residents who reported the activities and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to security.

He reaffirmed that the protection of the lives, rights, dignity and lawful freedom of all residents remains a fundamental responsibility of government.

The man you see on this photo was found d€ad with used san!tary toweIs in his duplex in Unity close along Federal Housing Estate, Woji few miles from Elelenwo, Portharcourt, Rivers state.

A 51 year old man.

From the swoIIen state of his body, forensic experts speculate that he may have been d€ad for almost 2 weeks.

Even his security/gate man wasn't aware of his passing and assumed that the man travelled to the UK to see his family there.

The entire building had to be cordoned off this afternoon as a bio-hazard and a special medical evaluation team had to be flown in from Abuja to safely remove his remains in a manner that the body wouldn't explode from the accumulation of trapped gases.

His name is Honourable Brutus Egagha, popularly known as 'Honorable' or 'Ibroo-broo' in his constituency.

People who stay around Woji know him well.

But you may be wondering what Honourable 'Ibroo-broo' was doing with used feminine hygiene things.

I will tell you.

Sometime in May, a lady came to told her friend crying, saying that a powerful and connected person 'used' her in Portharcourt.

They asked how and she said that the man hypnot!zed her and 4 other girls to stay in his duplex for 2 months and within this period, the man would ensure that whenever they had their monthly fIow, they'd put the soiIed pad in his microwave.

He'd always microwave it once it was 12 midnight, brew it in his tea and drink it while standing in his backyard and chanting strange words.

He also forbade them from flushing their used tissue paper down the toilet.

He provided a golden bucket(pure gold) for number 2 wipes(nsi/igbé).

And a silver bucket(pure silver) for number 1 wipes(mámere/itó).

At the end of each day, he'd gather the deposits from each bucket, refrigerate them until they turned to ice sheets, which he would dissolve with schnapps in a tumbler and take into his room every afternoon.

No one knew what he did with them, but the girls started noticing that whenever he came around to Iay with them, his breath had a strong scent of human waste.

He suddenly asked the girls to go home on the 4th of July because he wanted to go visit his family in the UK.

He gave each of them a million naira and an iPhone 17 Dubai special edition.

8 days after this, one of the girls started growing grey hair all over her body and died in hospital with all her nails turning black.

His security/gateman told concerned colleagues, loved ones and his associates that oga had probably left the country to see his family in the UK.

A beautiful German wife and 4 children.

Some days ago, the security man started perceiving a very foul odour from the side of the visitor's parlour/ante room downstairs.

He initially assumed that perhaps a rat had died inside the house.

It was only when the neighbors living next door also started complaining of a strange strong smell that the security guard realized that there was something more to this smell.

He noticed that the visitor's parlour window curtain was parted and he peered inside.

To his greatest amazement, he saw his boss sitting lifelessly on the old couch with his right hand twisted in a gesture that hinted one suffering a seizure.

He had on just a pair of shorts.

Security man alerted the neighbors and they broke into the house and found Honorable Brutus Egagha stretched out on his own couch.

D€ad.

The smell that rushed out made everyone present to start throwing up violently.

The pictures below were taken by the security man at the point he discovered the body.

So he could show the Police the exact state he met the body when he found it.

Asides the 3 used san!tary pads found on the floor, a pair of red panties were also found lying by.

It is suspected that perhaps Honorable Brutus hosted another set of ladies in his home after the last set that went to the bloger.

Whatever the case may be.....
