Requiring parental consent for birth control does not decrease sexual activity, but increases teen pregnancy and REPEAT teen pregnancy, which is why TX is #1. My Body, My Future Bill (HB 3369) allows TX teens to consent to their own contraceptive care. Shout out to @Ramos4Texas
