@AmazonHelp I want a refund for a stolen item. Your driver just left it on the doorstep on a public street. Unsurprisingly, it's gone. Your useless chat bot is telling me to wait two days. Why? The picture shows it on my doorstep, yet when I got home from work it wasn't there.
@howdo01@TNLUK They won't help. They're now just sending the generic response you've had rather than anything worthwhile. I had the same issue on the weekend, and lots of others have been saying the exact same thing for weeks.

@AmazonHelp I know where it is. But I've been in all day and your driver couldn't be bothered to deliver it to our house so sacked it off with a neighbour. I'm not hunting down my package because of their laziness
@AmazonHelp why is it that your driver delivered my package to the wrong address, but then you tell me to wait two days to see if it turns up? When your driver didn't even bother coming to my house in the first place, what is expected to magically happen? I want a refund
