Taxicode …. this company have provided extremely poor customer service. They agreed to reimburse a failed pick up within 5 working days. Despite multiple e mails confirming payment, no refund has been received after 18 days. Their customer support phone is a blind loop. Awful

@Dr_Andy_Haynes Totally agree. Being in the first stage of a cancer journey is hard for anyone dealing with it. People need time to digest this, talk it through with their family and find the strength to deal with the treatment. Physically and mentally it’s hard and people need time and space!
