親密さの演出が一方通行だと、同盟の絵は国内向けの物語になりやすい。

実利を差し出すのは外交だ。でも首相が個人の親しみを前面に出すことが計算なのか、機嫌取りが目的化しているのか。

視線を外された数秒は、その問いを突きつける。「どこが日本の誇りなのか」は、スローガンではなく、外交の質の問題だと思う。
