New Home Screen & Navigation

➡ We’ve completely restructured how you navigate and access Profiles, Watches, and Contacts with a new home screen.

➡ When you login, you can see all of your Trender items “at a glance” and get to them quickly. You’ll also see any items that are currently running or in queue without having to jump around to different areas of the app.

Email Icebreakers: Company & Offering

➡ Now you can enter information about your company and product to blend with your Profile’s personal information. This helps generate more targeted and “to the point” intro messages.

➡ Simply enter your company information via the Settings menu and you’re all set!

Profile Improvements

We continue to make improvements to the Profiler experience, here are the latest:

The world of SDRs and email will soon change significantly.

Starting Feb 1 there will be new rules from Google and Yahoo.

The TLDR: Starting February 2024, Gmail will require the following for senders who send 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail accounts: Authenticate outgoing email, avoid sending unwanted or unsolicited email, and make it easy for recipients to unsubscribe.

If you don’t believe it, there is a link to Google’s email sender guidelines in the comments.

The team's been eating their own dog food lately.

We’re getting geared up to raise a seed round.

Someone had sent a list of seed VCs focused on AI. Hmm, a good list.

So, we uploaded the list into Trender, created and mapped a VC persona (all the popular titles: Founder, Managing Director, Partner, etc.) and ran a job.

One of the VCs we’re looking at is Innospark, specifically Matt Fates. One of the Trender investors suggested he’s the guy. Trender found him, immediately pushed Matt’s contact into HubSpot and an email was fired off. Will we hear from him? Who knows.

It took about 30 minutes to run the job. There were 65 investors on the list with an average of 15 contacts at each. It took another 15 minutes to curate the list and push the contacts I wanted to HubSpot.

And then another 5 minutes to write this post 🙂
