From last 2 days , I am facing issues in my jio home wifi. Continuosly there is low connectivity then no connectivity and yesterday I raised complaint and without coming at my home they marked it resolved and today the same problem is occurring. I'm getting frustrated. @JioCare

@IRCTCofficial Kindly check, I have not recieved the refund of these two cancelled tickets. Today I have checked the bank details and it was not there and I was shocked that how much time have passed.

Need help from @JioCare for JioFiber installation at my location. Your team says installation isn’t possible because the tower isn’t visible from my rooftop.
But many Jio WiFi are already installed within 1 km my area. Kindly look into this issue and get the connection installed.
