From last 2 days , I am facing issues in my jio home wifi. Continuosly there is low connectivity then no connectivity and yesterday I raised complaint and without coming at my home they marked it resolved and today the same problem is occurring. I'm getting frustrated. @JioCare
@IRCTCofficial Kindly check, I have not recieved the refund of these two cancelled tickets. Today I have checked the bank details and it was not there and I was shocked that how much time have passed.
Pleae clarify, second refund amount of 5320 rs is not showing in my bank and my SBI bank is telling to connect to IRCTC.

Need help from @JioCare for JioFiber installation at my location. Your team says installation isnβt possible because the tower isnβt visible from my rooftop.
But many Jio WiFi are already installed within 1 km my area. Kindly look into this issue and get the connection installed.
