اگر ایک قیدی کو بہتر علاج کے لیے نجی ہسپتال جانے کی اجازت دی جا سکتی ہے تو یہی اصول ہر ایسے قیدی پر یکساں لاگو ہونا چاہیے جسے طبی سہولیات کی ضرورت ہو۔ غلام شبیر ولد اکرم علی کی درخواست پر بھی شفاف اور بروقت قانونی فیصلہ ضروری ہے۔ قانون سب کے لیے برابر ہونا چاہیے۔
