I was in college almost 20 years ago and ppl wore pajama pants, scarves and du rags to class and that didn’t stop us from knowing how to dress in professional settings. So I doubt a dress code will be the thing that teaches this gen about professional dress.

It’s so many of yall Doctors, lawyers, engineers and scientists showed up to their 8am class wearing house shoes and pajamas that graduated.. Hell I showed up to early morning classes wearing whatever because my class attendance was more important than my class appearance.

I am around college kids all day, specifically business majors. These kids come to class dressed any ol kinda way on most days, but they know how to flip the script and be presentable when it's time.
