@BhotspurMj@dannykellywords Interesting point. There is no reason to insert such a clause if its content is widely known. That’s why it is a matter for the club and the player and why any transfer is conducted through the club in the first instance.
@WeAreTheOverlap@ItWasPod Outsider upsets? Leicester? How about Forest? Season1: Promoted 3rd season 2 win the league, season 3 win the European Cup, season 4 retain it. Set aside your anti Clough bias JW. That is an upset!
Lee Anderson has resigned because he's a man of principle. The same principle that made him lie to a journalist and get his mate to pretend he didn't know him.
Please don’t share.
@FA_PGMOL Rob Jones. Corrupt or completely incompetent? I fear he may not be welcome near the City Ground in the next 5 decades. Incompetent in the NFFC game at Old Trafford and now just totally wrong at the CG. National League too good for him. As for VAR guidelines…😩
@TonyCampari @NickProst2@StonedRose1971 Good point. I think Potter is a big stretch for Notts mind, given their League 2 status. Not sure that Forest would get him either. Nuno is the result of the Marinakis/ Mendes/ Rio Ave/ Olympiakos relationship.
@TonyCampari @NickProst2@StonedRose1971 Sad day even so. Not since Frank Clark has there been such a bond between the fans the manager and team. But yes a pragmatic move. Nuno? Who knows?
Sad day for the city 😉
@TonyCampari @NickProst2@StonedRose1971 I did tell you it was complex. Obviously too complex for you. Nottingham. It’s our name. It’s the earth beneath our feet. I’ve got more important things to consider today. I fear for us now. Sad day.
@TonyCampari @NickProst2@StonedRose1971 No Tony. It’s on Nottingham City land. That’s who owns the land. The City. Hence the complexities of the Trent End bond for Euro 96 and recent plans for expansion. ( 3 councils involved City, County and Rushcliffe). we play on city land. We are Nottingham! God bless Steve Cooper
@TonyCampari @NickProst2@StonedRose1971 Forest don’t own the site on which the City Ground is built. The City of Nottingham owns it. The lease has recently been increased to 250 year and is paid to Nottingham City council- despite being on the county side of the Trent-reflecting the origins of the club within the city
@TonyCampari @NickProst2@StonedRose1971 Too complex for you Terry. Try Googling the complexities of the Trent End bond to discover the interest of different local authorities. But , Terry, we know what our name is. And that’s important isn’t it?
