“We saw you bought (product) it’s actually my personal favourite. But (name) I was curious, what made you want to buy? Are you looking to solve XYZ problem or buying it for someone else?
And here’s a powerful one:
“What made you want to make the purchase from us over other brands?”
“We appreciate your business and I’ll just personally text you a discount code for your next purchase and send you a free gift on the house along w it
Then….LISTEN.
Do 10-30 of these. Understand the common bottlenecks. And FIX IT.
Instead of analysing all these charts and complex data just . Call. Your. Customers.
