Here are my Round 1 Grades!

These are based on my final rankings. Total Value Added looks at the raw amount of talent added by a team. Efficiency compares that amount to what was expected based on where they drafted. The total grade is calculated by combining the previous two measures.

San Jose, Calgary, Nashville, and Anaheim absolutely killed this draft. They all added a lot of talent and did so very efficiently.

On the opposite end, I think Philadelphia and Ottawa had the worst nights. I am not a huge fan of what they did today.

🥇Revamp the defense. No Klingberg.
Dicky needs to step up, or be sidelined.
Luca Cagnoni needs a shot with our PP.
Get a guy like Raddysh.
