Just because something brought you joy in the past doesn't mean you need to keep it forever. In fact, that very item may be keeping you from joy in the present (or the future). Live your current season.
Those who have crafted a life they love have not done so by saying “yes” to every opportunity or invitation in their inbox. They have done so by guarding their time ruthlessly for the things that matter most, and by learning to say “no” graciously.
Who do you want to be ten years from now? However you choose to answer that question, you will only arrive there if you take action to make it a reality.

Have we realized it yet? That nobody is missing the material things. We all miss the company of others, great conversations, a hug…that’s what life is all about.
At some point, we need to step outside ourselves and evaluate if we are allowing unhealthy habits to take root in our lives. If so, we must be firm in not just identifying those unhealthy habits, but committing to be intentional about removing them.
Whenever you feel discouraged, consider all the things within your control:
-What media you consume
-How you determine your priorities
-What you eat & how much you exercise
-How much time you spend online
-The goals you set for yourself
-How you choose to invest in relationships
