@googlesearchc If you want site owners to "understand...the criteria" then please stop using the words "Fail" and "Failing"! It's "Good", "Needs Improvement", and "Poor" -- that's it!
Mislabelling URLs as "Failing" induces panic and confusion. It's not accurate and not productive.
.@JohnMu It would be really nice if GPSI and GSC would get rid of the "Passing" and "Failing" language around Core Web Vitals.
Now that it's not actually pass/fail (as originally announced), using *only* "Good/Needs Improvement/Poor" is far more accurate and helpful.
Hey @philwalton@bibydigital@katiehempenius, can you please get @Google to fix this layout shift/usability issue in search results?
Search for something, go back, then try to click on the next search result... https://t.co/ztl8VElIxu
You even flagged the backup files that were created by YOUR system in 2012. My website was down and my server was inaccessible all day. Your legal and abuse team is completely out of control.
@Namecheap@NamecheapCEO You flagged WordPress backups as disk abuse, and shut off my website and locked me from even accessing my files. You offer only weekly backup options. The disk was not even at 50% capacity. I am so disappointed in a product I have advocated for 9 years.
@Namecheap@NamecheapCEO your abuse team flagged my WordPress backups as disk abuse, sent me five emails that went to spam and then shutoff my account. I have no access to cpanel or ftp and your ticket response is incredibly slow. This is totally unacceptable for a webhost.
@AsurionCares hi I received an email about am insurance claim I did not file. They would not let me cancel the claim on the phone even though I have the claim id.
