@hm_custserv I used my $5 membership discount on an order that I had to cancel b/c my address was wrong. I fixed the address but now when I try to use the discount I get an error message that it is invalid. I chatted w/two reps who couldn't help.

@dunkindonuts worker handed my friend her coffee at the drive thru and the lid wasnt on properly. She was burned when it spilled all over her hands and arm and clothes.
