Started my career in accounting and quickly jumped ship for the Bay Area tech scene. June 2018 moved to Portland and started flipping houses. Dec 2020 decided I wanted to start holding on to these houses instead of selling them. Stay tuned for progress:

@MoeMoton why is Geno still in? What are we gaining? Why not put Pickett in and let him see if he can hit wide open receivers? Geno is mentally defeated.
@MoeMoton@MoeMoton@YourboyQ254 love it. I agree draft class has been solid & you can’t force a QB. Its our #1 need but if teams won’t trade, gotta adapt. I’m more worried about getting a top level play caller next year. Pierce a great leader but needs A+ OC & DC around him to succeed.
@ChuckBuc2 Right on. Looking at that and Tenant Inc. tenant inc would run me $200/mo and seems like a great tool, but I don’t know if it’s worth the extra cost. What are you all-in for ESS?

The market IS saturated with people chasing a check rather than solving a problem.
Chasing a Check:
Making cash offers to sellers in bad financial situations.
Solving a Problem:
Buying their house, helping them repair credit and find a new place, and helping them move.
@RealLifeRentals How much are you putting down? If you’re getting seller financing with low down I think it is worth getting in. You have plenty of income right now with your flips and rest of your portfolio, & if a refi in 3-5yrs gets you $500 in cash flow to retire early, that’s your goal.
