I just received the best customer service from @SpaceX after I accidentally damaged my starlink hardware. They responded in 4 minutes to say new hardware is on the way at no charge. And they thanked me for my support. Amazing. Thanks Starlink team and @elonmusk!
2022 was a bad year for much of the tech sector - but not for BC software scaleup Jane, which hired, grew & made a profit as it has since it started. See Jane Run: How a B.C. startup ignored the tech bubble hype – and is thriving through the crash https://t.co/2Sr1RerZtR
@Austen I'd love to hear more about "High tolerance for (good/non-infra) technical debt". What sort of behaviours have you seen on the good and bad side of this?
@TELUSsupport My internet is down in North Vancouver and it seems your https://t.co/9GicKh8aWq page is also down? Where can I get information on the status of things?

1. alter
2. scion
3. dumpy

3. pudgy

2. noisy
3. chump
1. irate
2. locus
3. nymph
1. stare
2. lingo
3. duchy
1. learn
2. stoic
3. jumpy
1. renal
2. hoist
3. mucky
@mor10@JaneRunsClinics The coolest thing about this is it’s not driven by sales work. 80% of Jane’s growth is word of mouth. It’s a really enjoyable way to grow a business when it’s growing because people love it. It started as helpful admin software and is growing into a community.
