Connected through three gates.
An ETF.
A ledger.
A bank.
Gate one: BlackRock.
Seven $XRP ETFs already hold $1.77 billion.
Canary's CEO put BlackRock's bar near $3 billion.
In March, the funds held about $1 billion.
Gate two: DTCC.
Its tokenization pilot rolls out this month, with BlackRock and JPMorgan inside.
Ripple Prime sits in its tokenization working group.
A DTCC patent named Ripple's ledger as compatible.
Gate three: the OCC.
Ripple's bank charter is conditionally approved.
An April rule cleared trust banks to hold digital assets.
Final sign-off is still pending.
ETF → ledger → bank.
BlackRock has never filed.
DTCC's pilot runs on Besu and Canton.
Ripple's bank is not open yet.
Every gate is further along than it was a year ago.
What happens if all three open?
Follow the gates.
🇺🇸 SCOTT BESSENT JUST POSTED THIS:
Dear Senator Elizabeth Warren:
I have received your October 7 letter, which adds to the mounting body of evidence of your complete paucity of knowledge about financial markets. Rather than take my suggestion of studying introductory economics, you have continued your letter-writing crusade and participation in tabloid fodder about the Treasury Department.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to treat your concerns as sincere. As the federal funds rate climbed from near zero to its highest level in 22 years, with inflation hitting a 40-year high, you were a cheerleader for the Biden Administration’s reckless spending. You blamed the economic consequences on the Federal Reserve, rather than your own irresponsible fiscal policies. Your view of the economy depends on who occupies the White House, but your woeful understanding of the issues is consistent.
The “interventions” you describe as “unprecedented” have been underway since May 2024. The buyback program has been well received by market participants in bolstering Treasury liquidity, which reduces market volatility, increases the convenience yield of Treasury securities and ensures the best value for the taxpayer. The continued enhancements optimize Treasury market liquidity in primary and secondary markets. The U.S. Treasury market’s liquidity and performance versus global peers is evidence.
While you voted for a $5 trillion tax hike on everyday Americans, the Working Families Tax Cuts continue to deliver for families and workers across the country. The average refund this filing season was over $3,400, an increase of 11 percent over the previous year. More than 30 million workers claimed No Tax on Overtime, more than 7 million claimed No Tax on Tips, and more than 37 million seniors claimed their enhanced deduction. More than 34 million families claimed the permanently enhanced Child Tax Credit, and millions of families are utilizing Trump Accounts to unlock a new savings vehicle for children. All of which you voted against.
These results are made possible by the employees of the Department of the Treasury, who are working around the clock for the American people. Unsurprisingly, you have responded by criticizing their dedication and aptitude for the job in a recent interview.¹ Despite your malign characterization, the Domestic Finance team you alluded to in your interview is fully staffed relative to historical levels. It is ironic that you have voted against every presidential appointee for a position at Treasury, no matter how impressive the qualifications for the role. Given your newfound interest in Department personnel, I challenge you to reverse course and thoughtfully engage with future nominees and support their confirmation.
Finally, my offer of a Foreign Exchange for Dummies tutorial still stands and if you receive a passing grade on the Yale metric, not the Harvard curve, I would be happy to also include a Fixed Income for Dummies.
Sincerely,
Scott Bessent
Then he finished with a handwritten note ✍️
Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day in advance to you and your family.

@melaniejoly What an embarrassment.
Your government failed
A promise was given: a deal with Trump
It was the number 1 ballot issue
Your government said they would negotiate a deal with Trump
YOU WALKED
And now you want to sue a company for the consequences of your actions?
Shameful
$XRP $0.006 → $3
A 500X move
2017–2018.
The same 500X move from $1.37 today would place $XRP at approximately:
$700
$700 $XRP sounds impossible today.
So did $3 when $XRP was $0.006.
The Bank of Japan is NOW pushing to bring central bank money ON-CHAIN as a national priority, and in 2019 in a joint project they were looking at RIPPLE! $XRP
At a conference in Korea, officials discussed the future of tokenised finance.
And back in 2019, the Bank of Japan and ECB published Project Stella, which explicitly referenced @Ripple and its technology!
Japan has long been linked to $XRP, and the pieces are getting VERY interesting! 👀🔥
Since we first started measuring economies, GDP has only ever been able to grow three ways. Population growth, plus productivity growth, plus debt growth.
That equation is The Everything Code.
And it's what has left us in the mess we're in today. We have too few workers and too much debt. When productivity cant fill the gap, the only lever left is more debt... and the only way to carry that much debt is to debase the currency. That is why everything feels more expensive every year and why your savings never seem to keep up.
Except now, for the first time in history, we have a way out.
AI and robots change the equation itself. They add workers that dont age, dont retire, get cheaper every year, and add productivity on a scale we've never seen.
The catch is that it's now moving faster than society, politics or economics can adapt. Coherence breaks down. That is The Economic Singularity.
This is what my book, The Everything Code, charts. It starts with the framework itself, how debt and demographics got us here, moves through The Exponential Age and ends at The Economic Singularity. Everything Ive been working on for years, in one place and in order, so you can see why we have such a short window to position ourselves before the whole system changes completely.
It's out on November 3rd.
If you're planning to read it, I would be really grateful if you would consider pre-ordering. Pre-orders are what move the rankings, and it would mean a great deal to me.
Thanks!
Today, we announced that we've completed our business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II. On Monday, our common stock is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker $XRPN. I wrote down what I think the next five years could look like: I believe finance is about to look a lot more like tech.

🚨 HUGE: The UK is preparing to TOKENISE GOVERNMENT BONDS in a market that saw £303.7 BILLION in planned gilt sales in 2025/26!
No cryptocurrency has been selected, but look at who's already involved in UK financial tokenisation:
🔹 $QNT — Building tokenised banking infrastructure through the GBTD.
🔹 $XLM — A leader in tokenised non-US sovereign debt, with @StellarOrg technology tested in a Bank of England initiative.
🔹 $HBAR — Already used by Archax and Lloyds in a UK first transaction involving tokenised government bonds!
With HSBC leading the UK's digital gilt pilot, could one of these networks eventually play a role?
The opportunity is enormous. Who's your pick?
I have 350,000 followers on TikTok
But if I criticize Carney, I get 541 views & 780 views.
But when I criticize Ford, I get 56,000 views.
Sure. Its the “algorithm”.
The Chinese algorithm.
I don’t think people think about this enough. You are literally chosen to be a holder of XRP. That is a fact. Not everyone is built for it. But YOU are. Thats why when you try to tell someone to buy and they brush you off. They aren’t made for it. Most XRP holders stumbled across XRP themselves. I don’t know many that bought in because someone told them. And even is someone did tell them they still decided that it was a good idea to do it. THEY are chosen as well. WE are all chosen to be here. Be grateful. Sorry for the big rant. I appreciate you guys.
For a bank or institution to move $1,000,000 using $XRP
At $1 per $XRP
They need 1,000,000 $XRP
At $10,000 per $XRP
They need 100 $XRP
At $100,000 per $XRP
They need 10 $XRP
Same value moved.
Completely different capital efficiency.
That’s why I keep saying:
The higher $XRP is valued, the fewer units institutions need to move serious money.
If $XRP is ever utilized at true global financial scale…
cheap $XRP may make less sense than expensive $XRP
