たまたま立ち寄った井の頭公園の野外ライブ、知久寿焼さんが演奏予定と知り待機。
おるがん、電車かもしれない、らんちう、月が見てたよ、などなど大好きな曲のオンパレード。後半眼から汗が流れる。最高に良かった。本番の撮影はNGだけど、脳裏に叩きつけました。

A landmark double‑LP reissue bringing together the first two Tyrannosaurus Rex albums at the height of Bolan’s early‑’70s resurgence, re‑presented for a new audience under Fly Records’ Doubleback Series.

Released April 14, 1972 in the UK as part of Fly’s Doubleback Series, this issue paired the duo’s 1968 albums into a single package (TOOFA 3/4). The release entered the UK charts strongly, reflecting renewed interest in Bolan’s early work during the peak of T. Rex’s fame

The Doubleback edition entered the UK charts on 29 April 1972, climbing to No. 1 and remaining on the chart for 12 weeks, demonstrating the enduring appeal of Bolan’s early work during the height of T. Rexmania.
