Like imagine after a a set amount were killed,stores you used closed because there was no business now, less vehicles because less people on the road.

What if there was a game like GTA or red dead but whenever you killed a crowd NPC they just stayed dead, like didn’t get repurposed or reused.
Maybe 200- 500 max and whether or not you could beat the game was determined by how many were left
