@da0fficialyak @EASPORTS_MUT Then all you due is report all the transactions for MUT as “technical error” or “glitch’s” stopping you from receiving your purchase. But I think it’s best to just call in and report those transactions. lol I’m sure Microsoft’s customer service is way better than EA’s 😂

@da0fficialyak @EASPORTS_MUT Ion gatekeep but it’s a pretty easy process considering it’s a major glitch affecting people from getting a product (many people have spent big $$$). So since the purchase is through Microsoft then goes to EA, just log into your Microsoft account.
