One long day of travel just turned in to two miserable days of travel and @AmericanAir has nothing to say or offer for it. Going as far to say customer relations is not something you can discuss in person or by phone. Completely unacceptable.
Today was an exciting day traveling to Brazil for the international premiere of my film. Then @AmericanAir got involved. The first flight of 17 hours of travel got delayed so severely I’m going to miss all other flights.
