Had a pressure washing biz in high school and couldn’t agree more. My friend and I usually made $50+ an hour.
Suggestion for him: one day after the garbage ppl come, pick a few streets and go door-to-door offering to clean out bins for $10 each. “Today is the only day we’re going to be in your neighborhood.”
Offer to do the first persons free if they let you use their backyard to wash everyone else’s. Piggy back off their name during later pitches.
Every weekday for a summer we did roughly 15 houses with 3 bins each, at $10/bin. $450 while having a good time, and it led to tons of higher-paying gigs too.
@vercel is in the midst of a security incident. It appears to be driven by a compromised google OAuth application that was added to their org. To confirm that your company is unaffected:
1. Go to https://t.co/plVzhthVtJ
2. Navigate to Security > Access and Data Control > API Controls
3. Click on Manage App Access
4. Filter by ID=https://t.co/TR1SOqOod1
If nothing shows up, you're in the clear. Do this for both Configured Apps and Accessed Apps
