I built an app to stop getting injured running marathons
Paris 2015: fell apart, 30 mins off target.
Edinburgh 2017: limped over the line, an hour slow.
Cologne 2025: 3:27. No injuries. No burnout.
Here's what changed. ๐งต
I was out for the Euros 2 years ago. Hung out the the Scots and watched their last group game in a bar with them all. TBH I think most of it is tongue in cheek rivalry - they want to England to do badly but itโs not proper hatred like the weirdos on X make it out to be. England fans we want Scotland (or any underdog) to do well
To name a few promises Labour have broken:
Winter fuel payments for pensioners, farmer inheritance tax, local elections, business rates on pubs, welfare cuts, employment rights concessions). Pre-election pledges on no tax rises for "working people," green spendingโฆ I could go on .
Starmer on 5 Feb: "There was... security vetting carried out independently by the security services, which is an intensive exercise that gave him clearance for the role, and you have to go through that before you take up the post."
If you run and want to try it, I would love honest feedback.
That is the only way I know whether this is worth investing more time into.

I called it PulseCoach.
I am not a developer. I used AI tools, many early mornings and late nights, and built the whole thing myself. Front end, back end, Apple Health integration, the AI logic.
Version 1 is live on the App Store today.
Built for Apple Watch users to start.
