@MattJZimmer Should do it like the FA Cup in EFL. Allow all teams in/all divisions but the higher ranked ones enter in the later rounds. https://t.co/C35hfTtxBd. @MattJZimmer could make a city league team and enter.
@ChadBirger It’s not actually about cold exposure for kids; it’s about the legal exposure for the district if something happens when the NWS issues a cold weather or wind chill WARNING.
Semi-Finals and Finals at neutral sites. Rose always hosts the Semi-final and then Fiesta, Sugar, and Orange rotate hosting a semi-final or championships.
Dan Lanning continues on his crusade this week against the current CFP schedule.
"There's clearly a better way... Every playoff game should be played every single weekend until you finish the season... The season ends January 1st... We've given up some of our days to the NFL... Saturdays should be sacred for college football. Every Saturday through the month of December should belong to CFB in my opinion."
By the way, Dan Lanning also said earlier this week that he believes all games leading up to the natty should be played at the higher seed's stadium, effectively calling for the end of bowl games.
@aldotcomTide I like the idea of a play-in game. If #1 and #2 are in the playoff, have #3 and #4 play for the right to advance. This mirrors EFL promotion where the top two finishing teams are promoted and the 3-6 teams have a playoff to join them.
